Fluted Pedestal Side Table
A small side table with a stacked, fluted base turned from glued-up ash rings.
Each ring of the base was turned separately, then fluted with a router on an indexing jig before stacking. The top is a single ash board, roughly 30 mm thick, with a soft round-over.
What I’d do differently
Sharpen more often, measure twice, and leave the finish until the next morning instead of rushing it at midnight.
